Protectors
Our flange protectors consist of a high quality rubber with a special adhesive layer. This means that the masking rubber can be easily removed after treatment without leaving any adhesive residue.
This is designed to protect flange faces or other machined surfaces during (sand)blasting, coating, transportation, and storage.
Self-adhesive Rubber
Flexind BV has a wide range of self-adhesive rubber in its assortment. We supply self-adhesive rubber in various qualities. EPDM is highly resistant to water and other liquids. EPDM also does not stain and has a long lifespan.
The main difference between EPDM and Neoprene is the UV resistance and flame retardancy. Neoprene is flame retardant but less UV resistant, so it is better not to place it in direct sunlight. EPDM is suitable for outside because this material is UV resistant, but is not flame retardant.
