Rubber Compensators
Compensators, also called expansion pieces, are used for installations that are subject to movements.
These movements can vary from very slow (thermal expansions or contractions) to very fast (vibrations).
Thermal expansions can cause unfavourable material stresses in pipes. The installation of compensators prevents this undesirable material stress.
Vibrations also cause tension and are the cause of disturbing noises in the working and living environment. Installing compensators prevents this. You will find our compensators in the steel industry, waste processing, food industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, shipping and offshore.
Stainless Steel Compensators
In addition to rubber compensators, FlexInd BV has a range of stainless steel compensators. These are often used for exhaust gas or extreme temperature applications. The stainless steel compensators are available with both flanges or weld ends. Both available in steel or stainless steel

Custom stainless steel compensators
FlexInd can have any desired compensator / expansion piece custom-made by its supplier(s). This has a delivery time of approximately 3 to 4 weeks. If you want certificates with this, this is also possible.
