When using steam hoses it is always advised to use steam couplings and steam clamp shells. The reason for using these is because they must comply with EN ISO 14423 & EN 14414.

 Steam couplings with this standard have a special, long serrated hose pillar that is equipped with a safety collar. The hose connection is guaranteed for the maximum working pressure of 160 bar at 20°C or 18 bar at 210°C. In addition to the male and female steam couplings, flanges are also available specifically for use with steam hoses. The steam flanges are available in both galvanized steel and stainless steel.

 In addition to the special steam clamp shells, it is possible to have a steam hose mounted by us and provided with a press sleeve. In this way, the chance of leakage is reduced
